This experimental sterilization unit is a tubular sterilization unit specifically designed for the laboratory to obtain experimental data. It integrates heating, sterilization, cooling, and heat recovery, fully simulates the actual production status of the workshop, and truly reflects production data in the laboratory, serving as the forefront of production. This sterilization unit is equipped with pasteurization, high-temperature instantaneous sterilization, and ultra-high temperature UHT sterilization. If equipped with sterile filling (or sterile sampling valve), it can achieve a sterile state.
Applicable products: Fruit juices, purees, soy milk, chocolate milk, cocoa milk, condensed milk, cream, milk, lactic acid bacteria, and other beverages containing fruit pulp with particles less than 3mm, as well as various similar heat sensitive liquids. Can meet the cleaning requirements of CIP for equipment. This device is equipped with a touch screen and PLC program control to dynamically reflect various parameters such as temperature and flow rate of the product, making it easy and flexible to operate.
