Product Description
Plate type UHT sterilization equipment is designed for continuous sterilization processes of milk, fruit juice beverages, or similar products. Equipped with sterile filling equipment, it can be used for product production with a retention period of 3-6 months. It can be connected to equipment such as centrifuges, degassing, flashing, etc. The output of this equipment is mainly regulated by the flow controller in the feeding system. When using full flow homogenization method, the homogenizer is used to control the flow. Due to the fact that both heating and cooling of the product are carried out in the heat recovery section of the plate heat exchanger, the maximum heat recovery rate can reach over 90%.
Fully automatic configuration: Adopting advanced computer program control technology, the entire production process is controlled according to the set process requirements, and comes with a CIP cleaning program for automatic cleaning.
Semi-automatic configuration: The entire process of operation is semi-automatic controlled, and the operator can control each pump and reflux function from the control panel. The sterilization temperature is maintained by the temperature automatic controller. The sterilization temperature is continuously recorded on the recorder.
Suitable for: milk, fruit juice, tea drinks, soy milk, and milk drinks.
Equipped with electric heating units: suitable for small-scale production needs.
