Product Description
This machine is mainly used for crushing fruits and vegetables. There are components such as side covers, flying knives, screens, machine bodies, and spindles. The entire machine consists of a feed hopper, side cover, body, spindle, bearing seat, motor, frame, discharge hopper, etc. During operation, the motor drives the spindle to rotate at a constant speed through a pair of pulleys, and the spindle is equipped with flying knives for high-speed rotation. The material freely falls into the feed hopper from the elevator and is cut into pieces by high-speed rotating flying knives. Due to centrifugal force, the material falls into a separate storage tank through a waist-shaped mesh, and then is pumped into the next process by a feeding pump. The advantage of a hammer crusher is that the particle size of the crushed material is consistent, and its size is determined by a sieve with a waist shaped hole.
