Product Description
This equipment is mainly suitable for dehulling, pulping, and separation of pre cooked or eight mature detached stone fruits. This equipment is used for peeling, seeding, refining, and refining fruits such as tomatoes, strawberries, bananas, hawthorn and apricots, achieving the purpose of pulp residue separation.
Integrating Italian technology, using a unique conical blade feed and screen filtering structure, the blade speed is 1440rpm, effectively improving the extraction rate of raw juice by 2% -3%, up to 98%. The mesh size can be customized according to customer or project requirements to obtain products with different requirements, which can be variable frequency or continuously variable.
Depending on the type of material and processing capacity, a single or dual channel beater can be equipped.
