Product Description
Purpose: This equipment is mainly suitable for the concentration and distillation of industrial liquid materials such as pharmaceuticals, food, health products, oral liquids, juice chemicals, light industry, etc. It can also be used for simple reflux extraction of alcohol and other solvents.
Structural features: This equipment has four specification series (see technical parameters), all made of stainless steel material, with a compact structure and beautiful appearance. The condenser of this equipment is a tubular type, and the cooler is a serpentine type. If the concentration is high, stirring mixing or dynamic extraction is used, which has better results. Equipped with an automatic drainage device, the evaporated condensate can be automatically drained.
Working principle.
This equipment is produced under atmospheric pressure and pressure reduction, and can be produced intermittently or continuously. When continuously producing feed, a flow meter should be added to the feed pipe. During the continuous pressure reduction production process, the discharge from the concentration tank should be restored to atmospheric pressure before discharge.
