Four point symmetrical exhaust ensures that the hot air inside the tower does not deviate. Install a cold air (or cold water loop) at the top of the tower to avoid coking powder; The return tower fine powder has cold air protection to avoid protein denaturation caused by overheating of the return tower fine powder.
Multi cyclone separators (2-14) are used for primary powder collection, which makes up for the shortcomings of frequent fluctuation of negative pressure in the bag filter tower, troublesome operation and maintenance, and difficult separation of fine powder. The fine powder thrown by the cyclone separator can be returned to the fluidized bed for cooling and packaging and to the tower top for agglomeration granulation according to the particle size. Reduce the amount of fine powder subjected to secondary heating. Reasonable selection of air pressure, wind speed, and air volume fundamentally eliminates the problem of powder storage and coating in the exhaust system.
By using multiple nozzles, the micro powder discharged from the tower and fluidized bed is recycled and sent to the multiple nozzles, achieving droplet aggregation and micro powder to droplet aggregation, making the product particles have a capillary (action) aggregation structure without micro powder, improving the washability.
The tower wall and cyclone separator are equipped with new air hammers, and the vibrating force and vibrating period are adjustable, which solves the problems of long heating time and uneven powder discharge of powder hanging on the tower wall and milk powder, improves product quality and creates conditions for normal operation of the vibrating fluidized bed.
To save energy and improve the service life of the heater blades, condensate water is used to preheat the inlet air.
All parts in contact with materials and hot air are made of SUS304-2B stainless steel, with a surface film protection that meets hygiene requirements.

The remote control of the intake and exhaust fan damper facilitates no-load starting and adjusting the negative pressure inside the tower.
