Product Description
This product is manufactured using GEIMAN patented technology and equipment from the United States, producing microporous membrane cartridge filters and supporting filters. It has been widely used for filtration in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics, beverages (including beer and alcohol), and water treatment.
The filter membrane and supporting materials used in production are all imported from the United States. The produced filter cartridges are rinsed with 18 megaohms of deionized water and undergo overall quality testing. The entire process is carried out in a 100000 level air conditioning clean room. Due to the absence of any adhesive during production, there are no issues such as aging or the generation of harmful substances. Therefore, the produced filter cartridges fully comply with the biosafety standards for plastics in Section 6 of the 22nd edition of the United States Pharmacopoeia. And the membrane filter casing produced by our factory is all made of N304 stainless steel imported from Japan.
Our factory currently produces polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter cartridges, polysulfone (HE) filter cartridges, and polypropylene (PP) filter cartridges; And acetate fiber (CN-CA) filter element, recently introduced nylon filter element, with an accuracy of 0.1 μ M-60 μ M is available for filtration in various industries.
