GJJ homogenizer utilizes a suspension under high pressure to crush particles and oil droplets present in the liquid into very small sizes and diameters through a comprehensive effect of pressure loss, expansion, explosion, shear, and high-speed impact through an adjustable flow limiting homogenizer valve gap φ 0.1~2 μ m. Average φ≤ one μ m. Obtain an ideal emulsion or dispersion. This process integrates the functional principles of internal jet, ultrasonic homogenizer, colloid mill, ball mill, etc. The product maintains its original activity, and stability, mixing and easy absorption, nutritional ＆#118alue, shelf life, taste, and color can all be achieved in a homogenizer. Therefore, for 100 years, it has been recognized as an ideal ultra-fine crushing and emulsification homogenization equipment both domestically and internationally.
core technology
High pressure homogenizing valve (Level 1): Made of special hard alloy steel, with a hardness of HRA87-91, wear-resistant, impact resistant, acid and alkali resistant, suitable for pressure 0-100Mpa (1000Bar).
Low pressure homogenizing valve (Level 2): Made of special alloy steel, with a hardness of HRC57, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, and adaptability to pressure of 0-20Mpa (200Bar)
One-way valve - Material inlet and outlet on-off valve: Suitable for most material processing, conical valves are available according to the special requirements of users for processing. There are various materials made of conical valves to meet the best working conditions or CIP disinfection and acid-base resistance requirements, such as pharmaceuticals, dairy industry, etc. The experimental homogenizer is equipped with a spherical valve.
The material hardness of the one-way valve is HRC55-65. It has wear resistance, impact resistance, and acid and alkali resistance characteristics.
Sealing gasket: Made of the fourth generation sealing material from China, it is pressure resistant, wear-resistant, non-toxic, and stain free, with a high temperature resistance of up to 150 ℃.
Plunger: Made of wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, solid material, processed through multiple processes and ground into a mirror surface, its durability far exceeds that of the spray plug.
