Outdoor milk warehouse

Purpose and characteristics
A milk warehouse is a stainless steel container used for outdoor low-temperature storage of fresh milk. The insulation layer (or cooling jacket) used for the insulation structure between the inner wall and the shell, as well as the function of the high-speed propulsion mixer inside the tank, enables the storage of low temperature (≤ 5 ℃) fresh milk entering the warehouse for 24 hours, with a temperature rise of no more than 2 ℃ and no fat floating. It is widely used for outdoor storage of fresh milk in dairy factories.
Structural characteristics
The appearance of this equipment is cylindrical, and the parts in contact with the material inside the warehouse are all made of SUS304-2B plate. The outer plate can be passivated with SUS304-2B plate welding seam or coated corrugated plate according to user requirements. The side of the warehouse is equipped with a ladder, and the top is equipped with a stainless steel guardrail (and walkway), a breathing valve, and a rotating nozzle. The lower part of the warehouse body is equipped with an indoor work chamber, which is equipped with an oval manhole, high-speed propulsion mixing, inlet and outlet, thermometer, pressure transmission, sampling valve, and washer. Fill insulation materials between the inner and outer walls of the warehouse (fill with rock wool or polyurethane foam according to customer requirements).
